Visitdesk Host app for iPhone and iPad

Visitdesk is a Smart Visitor management system,
This Application which I am submitting is for Host/Employee of a company.

When Visitor comes and gives/fills his details in Reception/ Enter on the Visitdesk Pad App

The Request is sent to the Host saying this specific Visitor is arrived at the reception. The host can do the following actions in the Mobile application.



Accept / Reject Request:
When Visitor comes, You can easily get the Visitor details like Name, Contact information along with Visitor photo taken from Visitdesk pad application.

Visitor History:
Get a complete list of visitors who came to meet you in the fingertip. All the digital data along with visitor contact information and pictures to easily identify the visitor.

Invite Visitor:
Inviting visitor for your official or interview purpose with ease.
